(3)The offices reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Women may be allotted by rotation to different [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishads' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] in the different regions in the State in the manner prescribed.
