Section 26(2) in Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University Act, 2015
(2)The term of office of the members of the Academic Council other than the ex-officio members shall be three years:Provided that a member specified in clauses (iii) and (iv) of subsection (1) shall cease to hold his office as such member, if he ceases to be a Dean of a Faculty or, as the case may be, a member of the respective Faculty.
