Section 6 in The Rajasthan Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders in Engineering, 1973
6. Procedure.
- (i) For selection for the award of stipend under this scheme the Director-cum-Dy. Secretary, Manpower will make selections out of the roster of the unemployed engineering personnel maintained by him or invite fresh applications from unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders by issuing an advertisement. The advertisement will contain the last date of receipt of applications, age limit, amount of stipend to be awarded and other salient features of the scheme. All unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders who wish to get stipend shall apply in writing to the Director cum Dy. Secretary, Manpower in the prescribed proforma (Appendix I). Such application shall be accompanied by:-(a)Attested copy of Degree or Diploma examination certificate.(b)Attested copy of marks obtained in Degree or Diploma Examination.(c)Attested copy of certificate of bonafide resident in Rajasthan issued/countersigned by the District Magistrate concerned.(d)A good conduct certificate from a Gazetted Officer/Magistrate.(ii)The selection of candidates for the Pool will be made by the Director-cum-Dy. Secretary Manpower for award of stipend categoiy-wise on the basis of marks obtained at the University or Board Examination in accordance with the quotas fixed by the Government from time to time.(iii)The Director-cum-Dy. Secretary, Manpower will allot the selected candidates of the Pool to various Government & Semi-Government Department/private enterprises in the State.(iv)The sanction for the award of stipend shall be issued by the Director-cum-Dy. Secretary, Manpower.
