Section 6(d) in The Rajasthan Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders in Engineering, 1973
(d)A good conduct certificate from a Gazetted Officer/Magistrate.(ii)The selection of candidates for the Pool will be made by the Director-cum-Dy. Secretary Manpower for award of stipend categoiy-wise on the basis of marks obtained at the University or Board Examination in accordance with the quotas fixed by the Government from time to time.(iii)The Director-cum-Dy. Secretary, Manpower will allot the selected candidates of the Pool to various Government & Semi-Government Department/private enterprises in the State.(iv)The sanction for the award of stipend shall be issued by the Director-cum-Dy. Secretary, Manpower.
