19. Savings and Repeal.
(1)Save as otherwise provided in these regulations, Regulation 33 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2009, Regulation 16(1) and 16(2) of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2008 are hereby repealed.(2)Not withstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken under the repealed regulations shall be deemed to have been done or taken under these regulations.
