3. Constitution.
- [The Corporation shall consist of seven members including the Charman, out of which sex shall be official members.] [Substituted vide Punjab Government Notification No. 10/75/90-3T(2)/11008, dated 17.10.2002.](2)Four members including the Chairman shall be nominated by the State Government as its representatives and the fifth member shall be nominated by the Central Government as its representative.
