(2)Four members including the Chairman shall be nominated by the State Government as its representatives and the fifth member shall be nominated by the Central Government as its representative. The State Government or the Central Government may appoint one or more of its representatives to be whole-time members of the [Board] [Substituted vide Punjab Government Notification No. G.S.R. 89/C.A. 64/50/S. 44/Amd. (6)/84, dated 29.10.1984.].
