(2)A candidate, who has paid the examination fee, but is found ineligible for an examination, may apply within one year from the date of payment for a refund of the fee or he may be allowed to appear without payment of additional fee at any subsequent examination held within one year from the date of payment of the fee on his becoming eligible to sit in such subsequent examination.VI-Application for Examination
