130. Power to arrest by whom to be exercised.
- The Government may from time to time declare by what officers or class of officers, the powers of arrest conferred by section 129 may be exercised, and also fix the costs of arrest and the amount of subsistence money to be paid by the Government to any defaulter under detention.
