Section 36(2)(iii) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992

(iii)if the last date indicate above fall on Sunday or a Gazetted holiday the next following date shall be considered as the last date in regard to that particular date. The institution who do not abide by time schedule of submission of application for admission to Boards examination-
