- The record shall be examined and the entries in the register of accused persons completed within one month of receipt of a bundle in the record-room. The bundles of records belonging to Class I shall be kept on the lowest shelves just as they are, until the time arrives for their destruction, each bundle being marked "Class I" and labelled with the name of the Court and the date of the list with which it was received.
