77. Flaws in the constitution of Authorities.
- Where there is a flaw in the constitution of an Authority or Committee, as constituted by this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances, the Rules or the Regulations on account of the abolition of a specified office under Government or because an organization, institution or another body outside the University has been dissolved or has ceased to function, or because of some other similar reason, such flaw shall be removed in such manner as the Governing Board or the Chancellor may direct.
