Section 15 in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
15. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of University, namely.-(i)The Court,(ii)The Executive Council,(iii)The Academic Council,(iv)The Facilities,(v)The Boards of Studies,(vi)The Finance Committees,(vii)Such other Boards and bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statues to be the authorities of the University.
