Section 2A(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Act, 1961
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette from time to time, constitute as many Tribunals as may be necessary for such area or areas and for such purpose or purposes of this Act or for such provision or provisions thereof as may be specified in the notification.
