Section 22(4) in The Punjab Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(4)The members of Canteen Managing Committee shall hold office for a period of two years from the date on which it is constituted :Provided that such member shall notwithstanding the expiration of their term continue to hold their office until the constitution of the next Canteen Managing Committee.
