Section 25(2) in The Dibrugarh University Act, 1965
(2)Each Board of Studies shall consist of the following members, namely :(i)Chairman A Professor or Head of Department of the University, in the branch concerned, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ;(ii)three persons with qualifications in the branch of study, elected by the Academic Council;(iii)one expert consultant, not connected with the University, nominated by the Chairman with the approval of the Executive Chancellor.
