Section 22(1) in Bihar Legal Metrology (Enforcement), Rules, 2014

(1)Every Legal Metrology Officer shall be provided with Working /Secondary Standard weights, Working/ Secondary Standard balances, and such other equipment includes weighing and measuring devices as may be approved by the Controller from time to time.
