(2)(i)The special meeting called for removal of the Mukhiya of a Gram Panchayat shall be presided over by the concerned District Panchayat Raj Officer.(ii)The special meeting called for removal of the Up-Mukhiya of a Gram Panchayat shall be presided over by the Mukhiya .
