Section 54(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)Generating stations covered under ABT Energy (variable) Charges shall cover fuel costs and shall be worked out on the basis of ex-bus energy scheduled to be sent out from the generating station as per the following formula: Energy Charges (Rs) = Rate of Energy Charges in Rs/kWh X Scheduled Energy (ex-bus) for the month in kWh corresponding to scheduled generation.
