Section 41(4) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2011
(4)Every ballot box/ electronic voting machine used at a polling station shall bear labels, both inside and outside and marked with :-(a)the serial number and the name of the ward ;(b)the serial number and the name of polling station ;(c)the serial number of the ballot box/ electronic voting machine (to be filled in at the end of the label on the outside of the ballot box/ electronic voting machine only) ; and(d)the date of poll.
