Section 5(1) in The M.P. Ashaskiya Shikshan Sanstha (Schoolon Main Karyarat Adhyapakon Tatha Anya Karmachariyon Ki Padonnati) Rules, 1988
(1)Promotion Committee shall prepare a list of such persons as are held by the Committee to be suitable for promotion to the service. This list shall be sufficient to cover the vacancies.
