(4)(a)Meetings of the Senate shall be convened by the Chairman of the Senate either on his own initiative or on a requisition signed by not less than 20% of the members of the Senate.(b)The requisitioned meeting shall be a special meeting to discuss only those items of agenda for which requisition is made. The requisitioned meeting shall be convened by the Chairman of the Senate on date and time convenient to him within fifteen days of the notice given for such a requisition.
