Section 43 in U.P. Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983
43. Washing facilities.
(1)In every establishment adequate and suitable facilities for washing shall be provided and maintained for the use of migrant workmen employed therein.(2)Separate and adequate screening facilities shall be provided for the use of male and female workmen and sould be maintained in clean and hygienic condition.
