21. Power of Council to invite any person having special knowledge or experience in paramedicine.
(1)The Council may, if it thinks necessary, invite any person having special knowledge or experience in paramedicine to its meeting, to hear his view-s on the subject. Such person shall have right to take part in the discussion on the subject but shall not have the right to vote in the meeting of the Council.(2)The invitee shall be entitled to receive such allowances as specified in Section 20.
