Section 24(14) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(14)The University by a resolution passed by the Governing Board may create different associations/ independent bodies/ councils/ committees/ boards/ bureaus etcetera with such terms and conditions for such purposes it may deem fit and all legal bodies created as such under this section shall be deemed to have been established by this Act provided the objectives of such initiatives is aligned to the promotion of education in general.
