Section 5 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
5. Constitution of Board.
(1)The Board shall consist of a Chairman who shall be the Minister-in-charge of Labour and a Vice-Chairman who shall be the Commissioner, Labour and of the following members appointed by the Government, namely:-(a)such number of representatives of employers and employees as may be prescribed:Provided that both employers and employees shall have equal representation on the Board;(b)such number of members of the Legislature as may be prescribed; and(c)such number of officials and non-officials as may be prescribed.(2)The appointment of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the members shall be notified.
