Section 51(2) in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016
(2)A license in Form-LS-2 for the transport of the compressed gas in a pressure vessel by a vehicle shall be granted or renewed subject to a maximum five years taken from the date of grant of license.
