Section 3(2) in The Bombay Board and Faculty of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine (Reconstitution And Reorganisation) Order, 1959.
(2)the Government of Mysore shall exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Board and of the Faculty for the Karnataka area and shall be deemed to be the Board and the Faculty constituted under the Act for the said area;
