45B. Public Service Commissions for National Capital Territory of Delhi
(1)The Union Public Service Commission shall be the Public Service Commission for Group 'A' and Group 'B' gazetted posts in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.(2)The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board shall be the recruitment agency for appointment to the Group 'B' non-gazetted posts and Group 'C' posts in the National CapitalTerritory of Delhi.
