Section 110(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)every vehicle and earth moving equipment is equipped with :(i)silencers;(ii)tail lights;(iii)power and hand brakes;(iv)reversing alarm; and(v)search light facilities for forward and backward movement which are required for safe operation of such vehicle and earth moving equipment.
