16. Representation in the Board of Approval and the Approval Committee.
(1)The Secretary in charge of the Industries Department, Government of Rajasthan shall be the ex-officio nominee of the State in the Board of Approval.(2)The Member-Secretary of the Sez Development Committee shall be the ex-officio nominee of the State in the Approval Committee.
