Section 9(1) in The Mizoram Aided College Employees (Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity) Rules, 1990
(1)An employee who is eligible for gratuity under these rules shall submit an application in quadruplicate to the Director of Higher Education, Mizoram in Form 1.
