Section 93(2)(b) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(b)draw the attention of the Chief Accounts Officer to the proviso of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 84 so.that the Chief Accounts Officer may make entry in the Pension Payment Order regarding the date on which the amount of pension is to be reduced on account of commuted part of pension;
