Section 14(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(1)The Saffron Analyst shall analyze or cause to be analyzed or test or cause to be tested such samples of saffron as may be sent to him by the Enforcement Inspector under the provision of the Act and shall furnish reports or results of such tests or analysis.
