Section 14 in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
14. Duties of Saffron Analyst.
(1)The Saffron Analyst shall analyze or cause to be analyzed or test or cause to be tested such samples of saffron as may be sent to him by the Enforcement Inspector under the provision of the Act and shall furnish reports or results of such tests or analysis.(2)The saffron analyst shall from time to time and at least once in a month forward to the Government reports giving the result of analytical work and investigation analyzed or investigated by him.
