Section 1(3) in Haryana Zila Parishad Primary Education Service Rules, 2003
(3)They shall apply to the posts fallen/falling vacant in primary schools administered by Education Department, within territorial jurisdiction of Zila Parishads in the State of Haryana on the commencement of these rules.
