(2)Besides the candidates and their polling agents, only voters and such persons, if any, may be admissible under special directions given by the Presiding Officer in this behalf, shall be admitted in the polling booth:Provided further that each candidate shall be allowed to appoint in Form No. 15 one polling agent and two relief agents at each polling station.
