Section 65(1) in Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015
(1)The provisions of rule 62 shall not apply to any person who produces at the polling station, an Election Duty Certificate in form-38 and asks for the issue of a ballot paper to him although the polling station is different from the one where he is entitled to vote.
