Section 1 in New Town Kolkata Planning Area (Building) Rules, 2014
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called The New Town Kolkata Planning Area (Building) Rules, 2014.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette;(3)This rule is applicable only for those buildings of the planning area consistent with the LUDCP with height more than 15 meter and/or with a plot area above 1 hectare.
