(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation even if the prescribed Departmental Examination/ Training/ proficiency test in Hindi, if any, are not held during the period of probation laid down in the rules, if he is otherwise fit for confirmation.Part-VII Pay
