36. Confirmation.
(1)A probationer shall be confirmed in bis appointment at the end of his period of probation if-(a)he has passed the departmental examination, and has successfully undergone such training as Government may from time to time, specify;(b)He has passed departmental test of proficiency in Hindi; and(c)The Appointing Authority is satisfied that his integrity is unquestionable and that he is otherwise fit for confirmation.(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation even if the prescribed Departmental Examination/ Training/ proficiency test in Hindi, if any, are not held during the period of probation laid down in the rules, if he is otherwise fit for confirmation.Part-VII Pay
