3. Amendment of Section 6.
- In Section 6 of the principal Act in sub-section (7)-(i)for the words "the purchase price", the words "an amount" shall be substituted;(ii)for the words, brackets and figure "sub-section (4)", the words brackets figures and punctuation mark "sub-sections (1), (2) and (3)" shall be substituted.
