Section 8(3) in The Bihar Minimum Wages Rules, 1951
(3)When a vacancy occurs or is likely to occur in the membership of the Committee, [**] [Words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by Notification No. VI/W3-1022/58L. 19583 dated 22.11.1958.] or the Board, the Chairman shall submit a report to the State Government immediately.The State Government shall take steps to fill the vacancy.
