Section 16 in Himachal Pradesh Para-Veterinary Council Act, 2010
16. Power of Council to invite any person having knowledge or experience in Para-veterinary medicine.
(1)The Council may, if it thinks necessary, invite any person having special knowledge or experience in Para-veterinary medicine to its meeting, to hear his views on the subject and such person shall have right to take part in the discussion on the subject but shall not have the right to vote in the meeting of the Council.(2)The invitee shall be entitled to receive such allowances as are admissible to the non official member.
