Section 42 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
42. Authority to decide certain question.
(1)If any question arises whether or not any of the provisions of this Act apply to an establishment or to an employee therein, it would be decided by such authority as may be prescribed.(2)The decision of such authority shall be final and shall not be liable to be questioned in any court of law.
