Section 13(2) in The Haryana Prevention of Beggary Rules, 1972
(2)The following articles shall be prohibited articles, namely :-(i)Alcohol and spirit of every description;(ii)Bhang, Ganja and opium;(iii)Drugs of every description;(iv)Matches and materials for producing fire;(v)Implements of gambling;(vi)Any implements capable of causing hurt or facilitating escape;(vii)Any other articles which may be declared as prohibited articles by the Superintendent or by a special order.
