Section 318(2) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(2)All files and registers shall be kept in office and shall not be taken by any member or staff to a place other than the office of Panchayati Raj Institution and all files on which action is complete and no further action is to be taken, shall be closed and shall be consigned to the record room.
