Section 11(iii) in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
(iii)consider the reports of enquiries into allegations of drunkenness negligence of duty, misconduct on the part of Boiler Operation Engineers holding certificate of proficiency granted under these rules and take such action as they may consider necessary;
