(a)The Returning Officer shall work under the general guidance, superintendence and control of the Registrar.
(b)An Assistant Returning Officer, Presiding Officer or Polling Officer or any other person, appointed in connection with an election, shall work under the general guidance, superintendence and control of the Returning Officer.
