Section 39(1) in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Regulations, 2014
(1)If at any time it is discovered that a candidate has obtained diploma/ certificate wrongly to which he/ she was not entitled by virtue of his/ her result, the Council shall cancel his/ her certificate.
